Talents

Rank 1: Blessed by the Grail

  • The Grailwarden has a mana pool consisting of 1 Neutral Mana. However, the Grailwarden cannot use it to cast spells like a spellcasting class. Instead, he uses it only to augment other abilities. This special mana pool regenerates at the same rate as any other mana pool would.
  • As a zero-cost action, you may spend a point of neutral mana. If you do, mark a single target in your line of sight. You do not provoke Opportunity Attacks from this target while it remains marked.

Rank 2: Warden’s Strike

  • After you damage an opponent with a Knight weapon, you may spend a point of neutral mana. If you do, that target suffers the Dazed condition.

Rank 3: Hold the Line

  • If you make an Opportunity Attack and hit the target, you may spend a point of neutral mana. If you do, that opponent’s movement ends.
  • As part of an Attack-related action, you may spend a point of neutral mana. If you do, subtract 1 phase from the time it takes to perform that action.

Rank 4: Designated Target

  • You gain +1 neutral mana in your pool.
  • During an encounter, as a zero-cost action, you may mark a single enemy. You gain (flip+1) to your Attack flips and +1 Damage against that target while the target is marked. This does not work during duels.

Rank 5: Force of Will

  • When you hit an opponent with an attack, you may discard one or more neutral mana. For each point of mana discarded, the combat flip is treated as if it contained another Heart (which will affect both STUN and LETHAL damage done).
